Returns and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

All return items must be authorized by our customer service you may send your request via email returns@imvibeco.com or call us at 833-468-4239 before sending the item.

We accommodate returns and exchange within 3 days on the day you received the order. The item must be MINT condition no missing tags, or labels. Have not been opened, worn, combed, free from perfume/cologne, smoke/ cigarette or tampered for hygienic purposes.

There will be a re-stocking fee of $20 this will be deducting from the credit card use at time you purchase the item.

All returns must be on the original shipping box.

    • Include the copy of your invoice
    • Imvibe Company is not responsible for lost returned packages. Always keep a proof of delivery. We suggest you to keep track of your delivery 

Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note:

  • Returns will not accepted without pre-authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping postage.

 

Return Instructions:

1. Contact us with in 3 days from the time you receive the item, you may email us returns@imvibeco.com.

2.Fill out the Return Authorization form completely and write your RMA# in the form and the shipping box

3. Return the item(s) in Mint/original condition and packaging to 8528 Davis Blvd #134-179. North Richard Hills, TX 76182.USA

 

Refunds:

All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of $20 per item. Will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. A refund will be posted on your credit card account in two weeks.

  

Damages and Defective Products

In the event you receive defective product we suggest you to please call us immediately

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@imvibeco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

 

Backorders and Out of Stocks Items

In case the purchased order items is out of stock or backordered we will sending an email or call
